I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The rooms were extremely hot even with the thermostat low, noisy, and lacked the quality of a 4-star hotel. The staff were not welcoming at all, and the breakfast was overpriced and unappetizing. The overall state of the rooms was poor, needing updating and redecoration.
The hotel seemed to have seen better days, with some outdated aspects, but it was clean, spacious, and offered a nice view of the mountains. The staff members were very attentive and helpful, especially in addressing dietary needs. The location, while convenient for accessing the ski lifts, could use some refurbishment to enhance its appeal. The dining experience was rated positively for its variety and the hardworking dining team. Overall, a mixed experience with room for improvement in some areas but satisfactory in others.
